Teacher-Facilitator - Back at school after 3 days at the L@S Conference and I've now got a group of students who are having reservations about staying on our team.  This has prompted me to look at myself as their teacher-facilitator and maybe the pace that I have been driving these students at.  I will admit that last week was very full on and I did feel a little stressed at times - I even mentioned that to the group today.

So.... I will revisit my timetable...keep that checklist in front of us.  I will ask for more student voice and really listen to what they have to say.  We only had seven students today as some went to EOTC and so those who were present in the room actually enjoyed the smaller group.  I also began using 1:1 conferencing notebooks and they worked a charm.  Must follow up on those tomorrow:O
